All trims are sold per yard unless specifically stated otherwise. My shipping turn around is 5-7 business days, though I make every effort to get them out as soon as possible. Shipping: I do not refund overages. The way that etsy assess sales fees is per item, they count 5 yards of the same ribbon as 5 different items and charge 5 fees. I have these fees calculated in the shipping and handling on my listings. In order to avoid additional item charges, and to be charged weight based shipping, you can contact me with screen shots of your cart or a list of items you are interested in, and I would be happy to create a custom listing for you! This will be a single listing you purchase with all of your items and therefore will only be charged one single shipping fee based on the package of items ordered. This is advantageous on orders over 5 yards.

Welcome!

I offer full bolt pricing on many of the trims in my shop. Although I maintain a large inventory, I do not always have full extra bolts in backstock. they may have to be specially ordered for you which will delay shipping until their arrival. I also can special order many trims that I do regularly carry in stock and am happy to see if I can locate a particular trim for you.

When ordering multiple yards, I make every effort to give you one continuous piece, however it does not always come off of the bolt that way, the manufactures often send several pieces to make up an entire bolt. Anything under two yards I will definately send a single piece but over 2 yards I cannot guarantee it. I will include extra to make up piecing. I make every effort to send an unpieced cut to you, but I have to sell it off of the bolt as it would be impossible to store various pieces and lengths of each ribbon available. When using vintage I use every effort to recycle the best pieces, but due to the fact that they have had a previous life, there may be variations, or flaws. This history only adds to the character and uniqueness of the piece!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I accept exchanges for store credit minus shipping. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem please convo me . I am not responsible for lost or damaged items if shipping insurance is not requested.I always aim to make my customers happy. If there is something that you are looking for, please ask, I just might have it!
Payment
I expect to have payment or payment arrangements within 3 days of the purchase of an item in my shop. After 3 days with no response, I reserve the right to re-offer the item for sale again in the shop. I accept payment in the form of personal check, money order, Paypal, and direct checkout.
Shipping
Most items ship first class or priority mail, depending on the weight of the item. If you need special arrangements, or are on a specific time schedule please convo me. I usually ship within 5-7 business days M-F, I cannot ship during the weekends. During the holidays it can take a little longer, if you are in a hurry, please convo me (before purchase!) so that I can get it out to you as quickly as possible. If your order is something I do not normally carry or for full bolts, there can be additional wait time before shipping if I have to special order it in for you. If you are on a time schedule, please convo me before ordering so I can give you a time estimate, or make special arrangements. I make every effort to ship them out immediately after their arrival. I want to clarify my shipping and handling charges. If you purchase stock from my inventory directly from the shop, charges are as they are listed on your invoice, I do not refund any perceived overages after the sale as the fees that etsy assesses to me are based on a per item charge. So if you buy 10 items, they will charge me 10 individual fees. HOWEVER, if you would like to save on your shipping charges, please instead convo me a list of items you wish from the shop and the quanity of each item. I will then create a custom listing for you with all of the items in a single listing and shipping charges based on your location. It works out most favorably for you to do it this way if you are purchasing more than 10 items or yards. I do not like to overcharge people for shipping charges but there are a few things that some do not realize or understand. Etsy charges a flat .20 per item listing fee, this is a great deal if you are selling a $5.00 or especially a $50.00 item. If you are selling .40 per yard ribbon, not so great. I could make my listings for multiple yards only, so you would have to purchase 3 or 5 yards of a ribbon per sale, but I have so many customers that want a big variety and prefer just a yard or so. If someone buys 10 items from me out of my shop, I am thrilled , but the transaction fees alone will be $2.00, and if that ribbon is .40 per yard that is half of the sale. Therefore I include my shipping, handling/listing fee, and packaging in the shipping part of the transaction. This gives me the option to adjust the shipping when I am convo'd for a sale rather than the price of the individual items. People looking at my shop can see at a glance what the cost of the product will be, it is a constant. I hope this answers any question you might have, but if not, please feel free to convo me :o)

If you purchase an item and then send me a message stating you want more yardage, I will cancel the order and contact you to create a custom listing. It just becomes too complicated to keep track of otherwise. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
