Payment is due at purchase. We accept Paypal and Direct Checkout via Etsy. And our shop accepts Etsy Gift Cards.
We ship worldwide first class by the United States Postal Service. All USA orders will have a tracking number. Your purchased items will arrive nicely and securely packed to the address you provided during the ETSY checkout.
* Orders are shipped only after payment has been cleared
* Please make sure the address is correct.
* Please note that any additional fees if applied by the recipient's country upon accepting the shipment are solely on the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
We take pride in the art we offer. Our items are displayed in high resolution photographs and are accompanied by a detailed description. But if you are unhappy with you purchase (we sure hope it doesn't come to that), please let us know as soon as possible. You will be able to return the merchandise within 10 days of receipt of order. We'll refund the total price of the merchandise, but you'll bear the shipping costs.
* Note that returned items must be in the original cover and in PRISTINE conditions for us to be able to do the refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped 1-3 days (business days) from purchased date. Custom orders are shipped as soon as agreement has been reached and payment has been cleared.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED AND LOST DURING SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, handling of the package by postal personnel is out of our control and we cannot be responsible for any damaged or lost package. However if a package is lost and ultimately returned to us, we will gladly re-pack it and ship it back at no extra cost.
DOES TINA BLUE SHOES OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, custom work is available upon request. Just let us know what's on your mind and we will work to make something special just for you. We can do almost anything ;)
DO YOU CARRY OTHER PRINT SIZES?
Currently we offer all of our print designs in 3 standard sizes:
5 x 7 in.
8 x 10 in.
11 x 14 in.
We also offer ACEOS packets.
HOW DIFFERENT IS THE REAL ITEM COMPARED TO WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE COMPUTER MONITOR?
As we mention before, our images are high resolution jpgs. We try to get it as close as we can to the real thing. But please bear in mind the differences between monitors. Monitors are calibrated differently. Some monitor's displays can be darker, lighter, warmer or cooler.
* Try to see the same item in different monitors if you are feeling unsure.
We print our designs on Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Paper Matte using an Epson printer.
