Refunds and Exchanges
The refund policy is easy.
1- If you place an order and it's made wrong by me, I replace it and refund you. I take pride in my art, I am not ok with making mistakes and sending it out that way. Hasn't happened yet, although I am human... sometimes. ; )
2- If you place an order and it was wrong due to your mistake, I will fix it at a cost. Each situation is different, we can chat about it. Shoot me a message.
3- If you just hate the item, then I'm doing something wrong. In that case, I will refund you. All you need to do is send it back to me, in the shape it was sent out in. Again... hasn't happened yet, but that darn human issue may pop up. ; )
