Accepted payment methods
*Note: You do not need a paypal account for Credit/Debit Card Payments using Paypal.
For Singapore Orders only, You may choose to pay us through iBanking or ATM Transfer.
If you are not sure of anything with regards to payment, do not hesitate to contact us!
Our items are mostly "Made-to-order" items and are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.
Local orders (Singapore) will be delivered via ordinary post and will take 2-3 working days to reach and international orders will be delivered via Registered Airmail and will take 3-12 days (Depending on location) to reach. We will email you the tracking number and other details as soon as your parcel has been despatched.The shipping amounts quoted include insurance, but please note that you will be responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. You may track the status of your Parcel/Article at the link below:
* Major cities/ Office of Mail Exchange may differ for registered.
* Delivery times are only estimates and may/ may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
* Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of TingeCrafts.
* Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
* Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance.
* For festive postings to all destinations, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail to the above estimated delivery time.
* Registered Mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.
Refunds and Exchanges
You can return any items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. If you need to exchange/return items, you will need to notify our customer support team using a "Returns & Exchange Form" which can be downloaded from the link below:

(Note: We reserve the rights to offer a refund if your returns are unavailable.)
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, tags and any packaging intact. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your returns so as to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any damaged items that are returned to us. International customers are advised to select a reputable courier to process your returns. Any loss of goods along the way are not our responsibility. Return/exchange cost are to be borne by Customers, We recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Our returns address is:

An email will be sent out to you upon the receipt of your returns.
• My return was processed but I wasn’t refunded my delivery charge
We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge.
• I have been refunded the incorrect amount
We apologize if we have made a mistake on your refund. Please get in touch with our Support team who will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible. The following may affect the amount you have been refunded:
- The delivery charge, which would not be refunded.
- Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may now not be applicable.
• I have received a defective item
We are happy when you are happy. To ensure that you receive your products without any hitches, your orders are checked before it is sent out to you. In a rare situation of receiving a defective product, please inform us by contacting our Support Team. We aim to resolve any issues with defective items as quickly as possible, but we need you to inform us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you. • I have received an incorrect/missing item in my order
Please check your order status from your account to make sure you are not missing anything. If something is missing then please get in touch with our support team. (Please refer to the Returns & Exchange section below for more details)
