Customer Satisfaction is very important to me and it is my number one goal. I want you to be happy with the complete process and help you find the item that calls out to you and says, "take me home!" Payment is expected immediately upon check-out via Paypal. Paypal is the only form of payment accepted for all international orders. Paypal allows customers to purchase securely using Credit or Debit card without creating a paypal account.
Please note that payment via eCheck can take a long time to clear, especially from an overseas location.(It can take from one week to two weeks to clear.) I only ship orders when payment has cleared.
Cancellation of a Sale:
Immediate payment is requested and certainly much appreciated. If I haven’t received payment or an email after 3 days, I reserve the right to cancel the order. Dialog between parties is always appreciated; I'd love to work with you on your needs/wants.

Items will be shipped to the address given by Etsy unless specified otherwise.
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days of payment receipt via 1st class USPS (USA destinations) with delivery confirmation. During busy holiday season, it will take a couple additional days. Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 business days to reach USA destinations from date of shipment.
LOST packages: Seller is not responsible for any package lost in the mail. All USA orders have shipment delivery and tracking confirmation. Insurance and tracking are extra and available upon request and are highly recommended for non-USA locations.
International shipping will take a few more additional days depending on your item and country. Please let me know if you need insurance. Additional cost will apply.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact me FIRST within 5 days of receiving your order to get my approval for refund/exchange. You may then exchange or return the unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt. I will refund you the money less any shipping charges. There will be $5 restocking fee for each item. Buyer will assume all shipping charges involved in the exchange. Occasionally, I pay for the fee to ship the new item(s) back to you if the error was on my side, I will let you know prior to you're shipping the item back to me.
If you just simply change your mind on your order, only an exchange will be allowed. Sorry, there will be NO REFUND for changes of heart.

Please note that some of my products contain small parts such as buttons which can pose a choking hazard. Please, do not leave young children unattended while using or wearing these items.
