Cynthia is actually fantastic! Took me a while to get around to posting this review because I kept forgetting to take a photo of the finished product and really think it’s necessary to have it so that it does her work justice! She was so helpful (suggested flowers for the birth month) and open to my suggestions/ requests too when it came to making the artwork. She took what I had in mind and added her touch and it turned out beautifully. Very happy with my purchase and all the customisations also.
