We strive to ship all orders on time, but please be aware that shipment delays and unforeseen circumstances can delay your order from shipping by a few days. In extreme circumstances, we will contact you. Please keep in mind that we are not a department store. Please do not treat us as one if you have questions or concerns about your order. You are purchasing from an online boutique that takes love and care when making, packing, and shipping each and every order. At Tiny Human's Toggery, we truly believe kindness goes a long way.

***RUSH ORDERS***
We keep a few slots open for rush orders each week. Rush orders with 14 business days or less turnaround time may be subject to a $5-$15 fee per item. If your not sure if you have enough time to place and receive an order just send us a message :) We will do our very best to accommodate most reasonable rush orders.

A RUSH order will bump your order to the first available slot in our schedule or ship on a specific date determined by the buyer and seller. UPGRADED OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS NOT A RUSH ORDER. Upgraded shipping methods will only help your order get to you more quickly through USPS after it leaves our office.

*** WEAR DATE, EVENT DATE, OR NEED BY DATE ***
If you have left a "need by date" please know that this information is purely for us to assess if you have placed your order allowing enough time for production and shipping. This DOES NOT mean we will rush your order without an adequate rush charge. This information is also handy for us to have so we can advise if we think faster shipping methods are necessary based on where you are located or your event date. We know our items are for time sensitive events. The more information you can give us the better. That way we can assist you in making sure your items arrive in time.

Please note that any order received with an "event date" that doesn't support our 14 business day plus shipping lead-time will be assessed a rush fee. *See rush orders section. It is up to you as the buyer to place your order with enough time to allow for production and shipping. We DO NOT issue refunds if you ordered on a whim without reading shop policies or lead times.

*** CONTACTING US, CHANGE OF ADDRESS, ORDER INFORMATION ***
We love our customers but we are also Mama's, wives, and friends :) Please keep this in mind when contacting us.

We try our very best to respond to message same day during business hours, but responses can take 24-48 hours.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE check ETSY to make sure we do not have any questions regarding your order, I communicate strictly through ETSY. We do NOT contact customers or reply to messages sent to our personal email. Etsy requires our personal email is displayed for you, but PLEASE do not contact us that way. Your message will either go un-answered or you will receive a delayed response. Same goes for Facebook and Instagram.

We cannot be held responsible for changes made to your order AFTER the order is placed, it is EXTREMELY important that ALL information is given in the NOTE TO SELLER section WHEN you checkout so that it is printed out on the order form. This includes your ADDRESS. We do not change addresses after the purchase has been made. In the rare exception we do so, we cannot be held responsible if we transcribe your address incorrectly to your order form.

***REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELING AN ORDER ***
Due to the custom nature of our items we typically do not accept returns or exchanges.

We DO NOT refund orders if you have neglected to read the section about RUSH ORDERS and LEAD-TIMES or, If you just didn't read the listing all together before purchase. We strive to provide the most and up to date to our customers. Please take the time to read it. With that being said, we are only humans. In the event you receive an item that is miss spelled, incorrect size or sleeve length, or an incorrect item, please contact us ASAP and we will be more than happy to rectify the situation. EXCHANGES, if you have received an item that is too big or too small please contact us with in 48 hours of receiving your order. We typically accept exchanges that are un-worn, un-washed, and free of smells. The buyer is responsible for shipping BOTH ways on exchanges.

Don't see what you're looking for? Send us the fabric of your choosing & we will create your custom item & mail back the remaining fabric. These creations are NOT refundable.

All domestic orders -* 16 ounces and under* - can be shipped using USPS First Class Shipping. There are multiple shipping options available for your convenience; w/o insurance, w/insurance, express, etc. Please ask any questions prior to purchase!

INTERNATIONAL orders are sent First Class International unless otherwise UPGRADED to Priority Mail International shipping & can take 14+ business days depending on it's destination. Please inquire about tracking prior to purchase. We can also upgrade to Priority Mail International Express for an additional cost. *TINY HUMANS TOGGERY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PACKAGES. *

If you are wishing to insure your package, we would be more than happy to help you select an upgraded shipping option that is insured prior to placing your order. Please note that shipping times can be longer during holiday rush seasons.

Please don't leave our shop any negative feedback that is shipping related. We do not own the postal service nor do we have access to any information regarding your package other than your tracking number. There are times in which we wish we could hand deliver each and every order but we have yet to work that into the business plan! Shipping is 100% out of our control. We am NOT an employee of USPS.

Tiny Humans Toggery was started by Lynne Hunting and her two daughters, Ashley & Rachel. Lynne has always had a sewing machine near-by ever since her youth & opened Lynne's Sewing Shoppe, specializing in repairs & alterations, in the 1990s. In 2003, she closed her shoppe & returned to the work force after raising her five children. She has since passed on her talents and wealth of knowledge to her daughters and together they create beautifully hand-crafted custom children's clothing items for every occasion! They own and operate a family business in the heart of Northeast Pennsylvania.
