About TinyRoseBoutique
How I got started...
My very first job was at a craft store. I loved working in and learning about every department. This paved the way for my new Boutique adventure.
After my first was born I stayed home to raise him. I bought a little sewing machine and started tinkering around in my free time (also known as nap time). I then did a few craft shows. Soon I found Etsy and the rest is history.

♥ Convos are answered within 24 hours during the weekday (most of the time sooner) and within 48 hours on weekends. If you did not receive a response within the timeframe please send again.

Returns and exchange details
♥ I take pride in my products and in customer service! If you are not happy with any item contact me through email or convo and I will do my best to resolve. Your satisfaction is my goal. Refunds or exchanges will be approached on a case by case basis. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred with an exchange or return. There are no returns or exchanges on personalized or custom items unless there is a defect or an error on my part. You must contact within 5 days from delivery if you find a defect or an error. There are no warranties, on products, expressed or implied.
Refunds for purchaser error will not be granted. This includes not reading turnaround time and buyer remorse. Pre-Order items are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or after a pre-order ends. Once the pre-order timeframe ends the items purchased can not be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Payment
8.25% Tax is charged to all Texas orders.

I currently ship within the US. I currently don't ship Internationally.
Additional policies and FAQs
Currently, Tiny Rose Boutique does not offer wholesale or bulk order pricing. If placing a large order than an adjusted shipping rate will be given.

Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
Sending the item as a gift? I will gladly include a note from you to the recipient in their package. I don't include invoices with any order however if one is needed a receipt can be printed from your purchase history.
Custom and personalized orders
Personalized orders are non refundable. Please make sure customized details are correct as I don't send a proof or mockup unless one is requested. A name/initial proof of up to 3 fonts can be requested after purchase. I no longer send mockups before a purchase is made.
Sizing details
Dimensions and/or size charts are included in each listing.
Large Orders and Processing Times
Large orders may require 1-3 more days than posted processing time. If more time is needed you will receive a convo with the new scheduled to ship date.
When will my order ship?
Current production time can be found in every listing, on your receipt after purchase and in the announcements on the shop home page. https://www.etsy.com/shop/TinyRoseBoutique/ A scheduled to ship by date can be found on your receipt under your purchase history. This is the date that the order will ship by and not the date it will be received. Shipping times are dependent on shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times are estimated by the USPS.
Work Hours and Convos
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm Central time. I do not work/ship on holidays nor do I work/ship on weekends. If you send a convo after work hours/on weekends I will get to it as soon as possible.
