Tiny Stitchers is made up of Caroline Cristal and Ashley Chavez, two BFFs who met through their husbands in Brooklyn, NY. After quickly realizing we both not only loved crafting but LOVEDLOVED knitting, the wheels started turning and we knew we had to make something of it! We set out to create a blog as our creative outlet, but that wasn't enough. As incredible as it was to interact with and observe what others were doing in the knitting community, we wanted to be a bigger part and share some of the handmade goods we have been dreaming up.
After a handful of amazing/fantastic/exhausting/drunken/gritty/perfect years in BK, our husbands office had us all relocate to Los Angeles, where we live now! We are so so grateful to be able to have moved together (like, literally driving across the country days apart from each other and leaving treasures behind in different cities for the other to find) and to take on this new journey in our lives! We can't wear our knits as MUCH as we'd like anymore, but AC exists so....(JK we are super environmentally conscious!)
We hand knit every ready-to-wear piece here in Los Angeles, and we test knit all of our patterns with each other.
