Payment transactions are mostly via Paypal, but if you are based in South Africa we can do a local bank transfer. I do accept payment plans. Please contact me on alex [!at] tippylala.com if you would like to arrange a specific payment method.
My products are shipped via the South African Post Office.
For local orders there are several options and we can discuss which is best for you.
Parcels usually reach their destinations within one to two weeks. It is best to allow plenty of time if you have a deadline.
All parcels ship with a tracking number and most with insurance. The UK and Canada do not accept insurance from South Africa.
Please note that you are responsible for any charges that your country may levy regarding imports or customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will refund you if you are not satisfied with your order, provided you notify me within one week of recieving your purchase and return it to me in the same condition and the original packaging, just as I sent it to you. If necessary, I will use the upload photographs and other photographs I have of the product to determine any issues of condition.
You will need to incur the cost of sending it back and I will only refund you once I have recieved it.
Additional policies and FAQs
You are welcome to approach me regarding paying for your purchase in installments. I am quite happy to agree on payment terms with you, if and when it is suitable for me to do so. This does not apply to wholesale purchases.
When paying in installments, the following applies:
1) I will ship the product with two working days of your final payment.
2) The initial payment should be a minimum of one third of the value of the product.
3) If you should wish to cancel the arrangement at any time you may do so. You will forfeit the first payment you made but I am happy to refund any other payments, having adjusted for transaction fees.
4) We will work out a mutually agreeable payment schedule at the outset of the transaction. I will upload an item in my shop specifically for you to make payments against in accordance with the agreed schedule. Payments are to be made within 5 working days of each uploaded payment item, unless agreed in advance. If you do not make a payment within the agreed schedule, I reserve the right to put the product back on sale in my shop, or elsewhere, and will refund you any money paid over and above the initial payment.
