The labels came out even better than I had expected! They were printed on great quality paper and went on to the bottles very easily.

These were perfect, super affordable and so cute! Loved them! Priority shipped as requested too, accomodating seller!

#1This product didn't get shipped on time. #2 The seller never replied to my message inquiring about the package. #3 I never got a heads up that the package was not going to be sent to be for whatever reason #4 I received a email a few days ago saying its been shipped and still not package. #5 - I will never order from this seller again. ITS WINE LABELS!!! They takes over a month to shipped or give any sort of response that's just bad business!!!

Well....I have NOT received the item!
I have contacted the shop more than once but still did not get an answer or an explanation

Printed stickers should not take over a month to be made and shipped. We buy these for events. You cannot be over a month late on creating items for an event. Awful customer service.

Like the previous reviewer, I am beyond disappointed about this. I placed an order for 2 sets of these August 21st and told them I needed them at the latest today-
Sept 24- for a friends bachelorette out of town this weekend. I thought it was more than enough time. She was very responsive at first but when I heard nothing I messaged her and said they would be shipped by last Tuesday (over a week ago). I never received them and probably never will (they are no good to me after this weekend) and have not heard back from anyone despite 2 follow up messages to cancel my order and receive my money back. I will have to contact Etsy directly.

I am not one to complain but I am extremely disappointed with this shop. I was so excited to receive these wine charms as a favor for my cousin's bachelorette party, however, I will not be receiving them. I had to cancel my order since they have not shipped and I need them in 2 days. I purchased the charms on September 6, after being told there would be plenty of time to get them done before I needed them. I emailed the owner right after the order was placed and never heard from her, but my credit card was charged right away. I noticed my order was scheduled to ship on Sept. 12th, but on the 16th, they still did not ship. I contacted the owner again, this time I did get a reply. She apologized and said she was a few days behind and promised the items would ship by the end of the week. Still no product and no response!

They are so fun and can't wait to get them on our wine bottles.

So adorable! Came on time for my event (did have to re-email the shop owner for an ETA however). All in all a really great experience! They came exactly how I wanted in a timely fashion and were a HIT at my best friends bachelorette party at the wineries! Highly recommend =)
