Tix and Roo Will never EVER send you something that is imperfect without giving you a fair warning. And we'll even work with you, such as giving the item with a discount. We do our best to wrap our goods to prevent any damages through the mail . We are not responsible for items that are lost , damaged, or stolen -- after it leaves our paws and go into the mailbox it becomes the battle between you and the mailman.

We say go for the butt.

We want to make our transactions as quickly and easy as possible. Credit cards and Bank Cards are always welcome. Paypal is ALWAYS WELCOMED. Oh, and so are tips. :3 Tips dont have to be money.. we always like to know if there's something that can be changed.

The Tax for our items is included in our prices. We go with CA tax since, you know, thats where we live and all.

We allow cancellation within the first 2 business days before we ship the item out.

Because we're busy mammals we can only ship our packages out on Fridays. So if you make an order for a product on Sunday and we get the payment Tuesday [takes a day or two to get the payment], you will not get it sent until Friday.

We try and wait for our payment to be received before we ship out your goods. You know, just in case something bounces. No hard feelings to you or your credit card.. we just want to make sure the transaction goes smoothly.

Shipping exceptions can be made if you are pressed for time. Please contact us if you are pressed for time before you make the order so we can make sure we're on the same boat.

Our Shipping Prices are listed for North America Only! So, U.S, Canada and Mexico got it made in the shade. However, we're willing to work with people outside of North America, its just an extra step we have to go through.

Please message us with what you're interested in buying and also what country you're from. With that information we're able to calculate postage and work with you. If still interested we will then make you a custom listing with the price of the postage included for you.

Insurance for all packages are available upon request. Upgrades are also available but please note you are responsible for paying the extra postage.

We have the right to refuse service to rude or snippy people.

We have the right to say NO to certain commissions. If we feel uncomfortable about drawing or painting something for you we're not entitled to do it.

Custom Orders for pins are always welcomed! We can change the quantity or make specific pins for you. Just message us and we'll work something out.
