Announcement   Hello & Welcome to Toad and Lily! We specialize in personalized gifts & décor. We offer high-quality children's and home décor, and personalized gifts. We've been proudly serving customers in both Canada, the US, and abroad since 2009 and are a leader in the design and manufacturing of personalized gifts and décor.

Toad and Lily isn't just for kids any more. We have been designing and curating décor for the home, and for gifts for Grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, teachers, friends, pets, and more.

Here are some frequently asked questions to help improve your shopping experience with us.

FAQ's:

Q -DELIVERY: How long does it take to receive my item?
A - Almost all of our products are received within 2-3 weeks, but in rare instances 4-5 weeks may be needed during peak seasons if your order is complex, or a custom request.

Q - SHIPPING: Can you ship any where in the world?
A - Yes we can. Just message us with your ship-to address and we can give you a shipping quote and set up a listing for you to order through.

Q - CUSTOMIZATION: Can you customize colours?
A - Yes we can, we can change the colours of any of our items. If you provide a colour scheme (a photo is best) you would like, we will implement them at our discretion for you.

Q - PROOFING: Can I see a proof before you make my order?
A - We only offer proofs if significant changes are needed, and there is a $10 charge for proofing. We are not able to provide proofs for every order we receive if only the name, and font are changed.

Q - RUSH DELIVERY: I need my order really fast, can you make it happen?
A - We can only rush an order if we know it is needed by a certain date before you place the order. We ask that you ask us if it's possible before purchasing. Most often we can accommodate your request, but during peak times it may not be possible.

Q - SHIPPING COST: Will you combine shipping?
A - Absolutely, in many cases though Etsy combines shipping automatically. If you are placing a large order, further combining of shipping may be required, as well customers within Ontario, Canada should message us directly for a shipping quote as we are able to ship within-province for less than what is listed.

Q - DISCOUNTS: Do you offer discounts?

A - Message us right away, and we will try our best to help you. If an error was made on our end we will fix it in a timely manner.

To our US CUSTOMERS: We drive a 5 hour round trip to the US once a week so you get your orders faster. Please keep that in mind when looking at the cost of shipping. Priority mail is available on all US orders, just ask if you are interested in upgrading your shipping service.
