Welcome to Toaster's Transformations where I take old/unwanted/used items and transform them into something beautiful and functional. Upcycling for me was an easy choice. Right now my husband and I both do not have full time jobs, so if I wanted to create crafts it was going to have to be with things I've had on hand. More importantly than that though, is that God has called us to be stewards of this earth. I couldn't see myself going out and spending money on brand new fabric when there are so many beautiful things out there right now just waiting to be transformed into something new. Old sweaters, vintage sheets, scraps of fabric, old t-shirts, when I look at them, I start to think, ok, how can I transform this into something beautiful?

Do you have something in your closet that needs transformed??? Let's chat! I'd love to do a custom order for you! :)

Please feel free to look around and ask me if you have any questions. I gladly take custom orders, don't be afraid to ask!!!

***All items come packaged for gift giving (or keeping)!***

Toaster4JC's Shop Policies

Welcome to Toaster's Transformations. I'm so happy that you found me.

My name is Amanda, but in college I was nicknamed Toaster and it stuck. I call my shop Toaster's Transformations because I like to take ordinary things like old t-shirts and transform them into something unique and wonderful.

My goal with my shop is to be a good steward of the things God has given me. I save all scraps that are larger than 1 inch so I can make a rag rug at a late date. Using old t-shirts has a few advantages: 1. The cost of materials is low, therefore I can sell my items to you at a better rate. 2. My material is plentiful, I've made t-shirt quilts in the past for family members and have all of the left over scraps. 3. By using old tees, I am able to reuse something that has already been manufactured and give it new life.

I also have cut up old semi-formal dresses, skirts, shirts, shawls, to help make some of the unique items in the shop. I also use many of the fabric scraps I have left over as well as scraps given to me by others that would have otherwise been thrown out.

I would love to work on some custom orders so if you have a great idea that I can help you make happen please let me know!
