Yes, IF you personally own the logo you can add that logo to most of my items. If you DO NOT own the logo I will need direct permission from the owner before proceeding. I generally can not reproduce trademarks or copyrighted logos or images without verifiable permission from the owner. If you work for a company and need to purchase items with their logo please refer to your company logo usage guidelines on how to proceed.

Personalized item processing times vary with current order volume. Please check my listings for current processing times. My items ship via First Class or Priority mail depending on weight. I only use fonts that I have purchased for commercial use. The only exception may be a royalty free font that a customer requests.

It depends on which item was ordered. I now send layout proofs for many items automatically or when requested in the order notes.

Generally no. I can not reproduce any trademarked or copyrighted text of any kind. The only exception would be in cases where you personally own the work or if the work is in the public domain and free to use commercially.
