ORDERS REQUESTING LOGOS OR OTHER COPYRIGHTED OR TRADEMARKED IMAGES OR TEXT THAT YOU DO NOT OWN WILL BE CANCELLED: Please be aware that if you are requesting a logo (or copyrighted text, quotes etc...) on your item that you MUST be the official owner of the logo (or trademark/copyright) and state that fact in a message. If you are not the owner I will need direct permission from the actual, verifiable owner before I can reproduce the logo. If you work for a large company please refer to your logo usage guidelines.

I will not reproduce or create vin plates or any id plates for vehicles.

Refunds are not given for items lost in the mail. Please be sure to ship to a secure location as we can not be held responsible for stolen items. Please contact the USPS or your local law enforcement for info regarding lost or stolen packages.

Personalized items can not be cancelled once they are started which is generally 1 day after the order is placed or sooner depending on the item.

Returns and exchange details
I can not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is an error on our part such as a misspelling made by us on engraving or imprinting. Please note, however, that I will not accept returns for an error or misspelling made by the customer.

No refunds will be given for any item until it is returned to my location for inspection. I will not accept photographs as proof of damage to an item. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless other arrangements have been discussed prior to the item being returned.

How do I personalize the item I just purchased?

Simply include a note on the payment page with your custom info. If you miss the note area contact me by conversation with the info and I will add the note for you.

Can I add a logo to my item?

Yes, IF you personally own the logo you can add that logo to most of my items. If you DO NOT own the logo I will need direct permission from the owner before proceeding. I generally can not reproduce trademarks or copyrighted logos or images without verifiable permission from the owner. If you work for a company and need to purchase items with their logo please refer to your company logo usage guidelines on how to proceed.

Please ask all questions regarding logos BEFORE placing an order to avoid issues after an order has already been started.

When will I receive my item?

Personalized item processing times vary with current order volume. Please check my listings for current processing times. My items ship via First Class or Priority mail depending on weight. If you need a faster processing time please contact me before your purchase for pricing and availability (based on current volume of orders).

Can a get a different color for this item?

In many cases I can do custom colors depending on the item. Please contact me before you purchase to discuss your needs.

Can I use a font I found on the internet?

I only use fonts that I have purchased for commercial use. The only exception may be a royalty free font that a customer requests.

My 5 most popular fonts are displayed on the images of my listings, I also own thousands of other styles. If you need a larger selection please contact me for samples.

Do you provide a layout proof?

Generally no, for simple layouts a layout proof is typically not needed. For large orders or special circumstances we can discuss the need for proofs.
