We are a natural living resource and shop. This Etsy is for custom orders primarily, but you can see a complete list of products at There are also several other ways to connect:

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
At this time we prefer PayPal payments only but may make concessions on a person-by-person basis. We ask for 1/2 of your payment up front, before beginning your order. We then expect the last 1/2 within 48 hours of posting your custom order. For non-custom orders, we prefer payment immediately. Again, if you contact us we are happy to work with you on a person-to-person basis.

Due to compliance with the law, we have to add a 9% tax on our Arizona customers. Gotta stay legal!
We ship USPS First Class, or Priority Mail. Whichever is cheaper, that is how we will ship. We will charge a flat rate and will reimburse if shipping costs less than that by more than $1. If it costs more, we will pick up that expense and will not ask you to pay more. We do not offer insurance standard, but will do that for an additional fee. We do, however, offer delivery confirmation on every purchase.

**If you are an international customer, please contact us directly after making your purchase (or before) so we can work out true shipping prices. The price for shipping we have set up as a default may be too high and we want to make sure we aren't over charging you.**
Refunds and Exchanges
We are all about the customer! If we've made any mistake at all, please let us know and we will do everything in our power to make it up to you. All non-coop items may be eligible for a full refund or item replacement with return of the original item in stated condition within 7 days of receipt, but only if there is a valid reason for the return (not what you ordered, not in stated condition, incorrect customizations - any other reason will be reviewed). If it is damaged but still usable we will work on a case-by-case basis to make it right, and may offer a partial refund or item replacement.

Please note: the pricing may be different than what you see in some of our listings because some of these are special co-op pricing for members of participating co-ops. Please keep that in mind and know that prices may not be the same when you are quoted. I try to post the actual retail value in the listing so anyone else looking at it will know the "true" price point.
