Shipping
I try my best to make sure you receive your art in perfect condition. Prints and 5x7s are mailed in a rigid mailer that measures 10"x13". I stamp (in red) DO NOT BEND on the front and back of the mailer. Sometimes, mail carriers insist on squeezing the mailer in tight spaces, causing the artwork to bend. IF THIS HAPPENS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW RIGHT AWAY! For prints, I can mail you a replacement.

Prints are usually mailed via USPS 1st class mail. All original paintings are mailed USPS priority mail, except for very large paintings. They are shipped via UPS ground or Fedex ground.

I try to ship your order within 24 hours but please allow up to 48 hours.

Sometimes the address you have on Etsy is different than the one on Paypal. I usually find out that the Paypal address has not been updated.

In order to get your art shipped out timely, I will use your mailing address you have on file with ETSY as the default address.

IF THIS IS A GIFT AND BEING MAILED DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I WILL INCLUDE A GIFT RECEIPT.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS!! Please understand that you need to be aware of your country's taxes, customs/import fees or tariffs that may be assessed on your purchase. You will be responsible in paying those fees when your order arrives to your destination. I am not responsible for such fees.
