We are Andy & Dolores Suzin, a husband and wife team who love the Arts, Architecture, Photography, Crafts and Design. We are professional Photographers, Graphic and Interior designers who wanted to channel all our creativity into a successful business and share it with you.

Todo Papel was born on 27 March 2011. Our mission is to “Inspire Others the Art of Giving and Beautiful Living”. We do this by providing superb craft and art supplies; paper products and services to spark ideas to celebrate all special moments in life with beauty, humour, originality and personal expression; we produce adorable and carefully crafted items to treasure, or items that make the perfect gift.

Our product offering and assortment allows our customers to express themselves through inspired creativity; perfect for individuals who enjoy the moment of gift giving.

We design, create and photograph all of our products from our studio workshop in NYC; we process orders, store supplies, pack and ship, reply to customer’s enquiries and run the shop administration.

Todo Papel translates from Spanish into “Everything Paper”. Paper is the main and favourite product in our store, but we also incorporate many other materials like felt, fibers and wood into our creations - We are committed to innovation and original design.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of your payment, but please allow up to 5 business days.
Rushed orders may incur an additional charge

All goods are shipped via USPS. First Class, Priority and Priority Shipping options are available to select at the check out.

An email notification will be sent to you when your goods are on their way including a USPS Tracking number (USA customers only) and a Customs Reference number for (International Customers)

Insurance is available upon request for an additional charge.
Goods lost or stolen are not refundable if shipping Insurance was not purchased when placing your order.

Shipping is done to the address listed in your Etsy account, kindly ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Shipping timelines are based on the US Postal Service publicly available information, and are for reference only and Todo Papel have no control over these.

- First Class: 3-5 Business Days (standard)
- Priority: 2-3 Business Days
- Priority Express: 1-2 Business Days

- First Class: Varies per destination but average 10-30 Business Days
- Priority: 6-10 Business Days
When Customs clearance procedures are required, there may be delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

When ordering from Todo Papel, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination Country.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination Country.

Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Todo Papel has no control over these charges or can't predict what these may be.

Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country; please contact your local Customs office for more information.

Refunds and Exchanges

You may return most unopened items within 30 days from Shipping Date for a full cost of goods refund.
Return of shipping costs will be covered only if the return is as a result of Todo Papel's error.
Packages lost in Transit, if not Insured, are the responsibility of the buyer.

::: Exchanges / Replacements :::

You can exchange or replace an item if your return meets certain criteria.
Valid only if received damaged, defective, or wrong item and need to replace it with the same item. Please contact me within 15 days of delivery to request a replacement.

Replacements and exchanges will be sent after having received back the original package.

A discretionary fee may apply. Order Cancellations only apply prior to Shipping

From Shipping date, US First Class 3-5 Business Days, US Priority 1-3 Business Days, US Priority Express 1-2 Business Days.
International Shipping varies based on Country of destination.

Using a third Party like USPS we don't have control over their service and cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date, but we will make all efforts to ensure your order gets to you on time.
