Every product is handmade by myself in my home.

If you have any questions about an item or you would like a custom order please convo me through etsy, I check it daily. I will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within a day or two.

I am always in the process of making new and better products. Please give me feedback about any products or my shop so that I can continue improving it. As stated above, i encourage custom orders so please ask about color, length, width, and/or material changes.

I accept payments through paypal, debit, credit, and etsy gift cards.
After I receive confirmation of payment, I will start the process of shipping the item.

Depending on the size of the order, and how busy the season is, it may take up to 2 weeks to make the order.

I ship with USPS, first class. First class takes 2-10 days to ship, depending on location. If you would like expedited shipping please convo me, this may require an extra fee.

International orders may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are always available to a customer within 30 days of receiving the product.

If you would like a refund before receiving the item, please let me know as soon as possible. If I have not yet sent the product, you will receive a full refund with no stipulations.

If I have already sent the product, you will receive a full refund but I do require that you send the product back at your own expense.

If you have received the item and it is damaged in any way, I will issue a full refund or send you a new product at no expense to you.

It you have received the item and are not happy with it, I will issue a full refund and pay to have the item sent back.
