How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping times are shown above, however postal delays etc are out of my control.

About standard shipping method

I use the standard postal service as a standard shipping method. Please be noted that it DOES NOT have a tracking number. You can put a tracking number with an additional fee of 400JPY before checking out. Please be noted that without a tracking number, it is not possible for me to make any inquiry about your package to the post office.

Can I put a tracking number on my package?

Yes you can do this before checking out. It will cost 400JPY (approximately 4USD) of additional fee. Please choose "With tracking number" from the shipping options. I recommend that you use this service to receive your package safely. When you have the tracking number, I can make an inquiry about your package and take care of it.

Please be noted that without a tracking number, it is impossible for me to make any inquiry about your missing package. Please take this risk into your consideration before you place an order with a standard postal service. (Without tracking number)

Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for lost packages when you don't have a tracking number and any refunds or replacement will not be made in any case.

Lost orders

Please be noted that unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to help you when your order does not have a tracking number.

When your order is lost and does not have a tracking number, any refunds or replacement will not be made.

If your order had a tracking number, it comes with an insurance covers the cost of lost items up to 6,000JPY. When you didn't receive your order after 14 days past, please contact me with your tracking number. I will make an inquiry about your package, and in case it is lost, I will replace your order/make a refund from the insurance.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CUSTOM DUTIES

Contrary to what is currently noted in my listings, VAT, GST and/or other applicable country taxes are NOT included in my purchase prices, and additional taxes may be collected in your country of origin at time of delivery. Please take this into consideration before purchasing. Thank you.

Conditions for reshipment

I am offering free reshipment for orders returned to my address. However if your package was returned for the reasons below, it is not applicable for free reshipment.

1, You provided me the wrong address.

2, Your package was returned because the storage term has expired.

In case your package was returned for the reasons above, I'm afraid but I have to charge you shipping fee again. I recommend you to use the tracking number service in order to avoid any trouble and waste of extra shipping fee.

When your package was returned to my address, I will contact you immediately. I will keep your package for one month, but in case I didn't hear from you after one month past, I can not promise you the reshipment.

Can I ask a custom order?

Currently TokyoStickerStore is closed for custom orders. You can still send me requests, I might apply your request to my selection.

Can I cancel my order?

In order to provide a prompt service to all customers, I start packing at my earliest after I received your order. As stated in my policy, I do not accept cancellations. Please be noted about that before you placed your order.

Damaged orders

I pack all packages with my care in order to avoid the items get damaged. However it is possible that your package get damaged on it's way, or get opened by a custom staff. Unfortunately, it is out of my control and I can not replace your damaged items or make a refund. However, if your package had a tracking number and you could provide a proof of your damaged items by pictures, I can replace or make a refund from the insurance. (Your proof should be approved by the post office to receive a compensation fee.)
