TomDesign began as a creative outlet while I was home with our young kids. I had been an elementary art teacher before becoming a stay-at-home mom, and I found joy in designing meaningful, personalized jewelry that people could wear every day—pieces that tell a story and mark life’s most special moments.
What started as a small one-woman shop has grown into a family-run business. In 2015, my husband Mark joined me full-time after leaving his career as an attorney (our friends and family thought we were crazy!). Now we make jewelry side-by-side in our Utah studio, along with an amazing team that helps bring our designs to life.
Together, we create custom engraved jewelry—from handwriting pieces and birthstone necklaces, to initial charms, memorial jewelry, and gifts for moms, grandmas, and bridesmaids. We use high-quality materials like 14k gold filled, rose gold filled, sterling silver, waterproof and medical grade stainless steel and titanium, and personalize each piece to order using precision laser engraving.
