My name is Tom, and i'm an illustrator from Mersea Island, off the Southeast coast of England. I work from a shed in the garden mainly illustrating children's books, but i'm now branching out into the big world of commerce! I'll be selling prints and greetings cards, and i intended to grow a very large portfolio of custom stationary in the future, so watch this space!

I'm very open to any custom requests, so just email me with any ideas you have and we'll come to an arrangement. The wackier the better!

Payment
I use Paypal exclusively, as it's the safest way of making transactions on the web. I accept all major credit cards (never thought i'd use that phrase!)

Shipping
All deliveries will be from the UK, sent first-class from the lovely ladies in the village post office. All artwork is packaged safely and securely in padded manilla envelopes, stiffened with card.

UK customers should expect their package around 2-4 days after i have received payment. Everyone else has to wait a little longer! I will ship anywhere, so If you're country is not listed please let me know.

I believe that in this age of instant communication, there is no excuse for keeping people in the dark about their orders. I'll try and update you every step of the way. After all, i'm not a large multi-national corporation with horrendously confusing customer service policies, i'm just a chap in a shed.

At the request of my wife and children i try to keep my business hours to weekdays, so if there is radio silence on Saturdays or Sundays, it's because i am busy building sandcastles.
