Lanyards are nice, shipping was incredibly slow. Ordered 4/21 with expected delivery of 5/7. Items weren't shipped til after 5/7 and were delivered 5/12. No communication from seller

I do apologize for the shipping delay. I sent out a few messages to people that my power was out for a few days but missed yours. I am happy you got yah order though and will work on getting stuff out faster. Please keep in mind my (processing window) is two weeks and the shipment was not scheduled to ship till the 7th.

Yes, I do take Custom Charm orders. Custom charms are $15 each and are 2.5 inchs double sided.
Do you take returns ?
If item arrives damaged, i would gladly replace it.
If you damage the item , it can not be returned and there will not be a refund.
