As of April 2020 , All order shipped internationally will experiences a delay due to the COVID_19 please allow extra time for item to be delivered (can take up to two months).
You may check the shipping delays on the USPS Main website.
If ordering I will not ship out of the US unless it's a $20 order or you are ok with paying the fees that are required for your Country.
All orders are Shipped usps unless extra large.
Once product is shipped and marked as delivered, i can not do much about this. Please open a case with USPS to fix this, if they fail to help you i will be more then happy to replace the item for you. Showing proof of USPS failing to deal with your order not coming in or delivered to the wrong locations allows me to do a reship free of charge.
Mask are not refundable and returnable due to heath reasons. All sells on mask are final.
