We ordered bottle capes for my son's birthday. Seller was easy to work with and shipping was fast. I was a little disappointed that the pictures showed that they were cut at the bottom like capes and ours came without any detail. Just cut straight across the bottom. They were still cute but not as pictured.

What are the shipping costs for the items?
Shipping varies for each item and I do combine shipping for multiple orders on certain items. Shipping rates are determined by size, weight, packaging costs, and destination of items. Please see shipping costs posted on each item for cost.
What if I live in the area and want to pick up the item locally?
Sorry, I do not offer direct local pick-up.
How do I get a refund?
Because each item is custom made, I do not offer refunds of any kind. So, please be certain that you are ready to order.
I am not happy with my item. What should I do?
I try to work with each person individually to provide an item that is custom to you and what you would love. I will do my best to send a photo or post a photo online. However, once your item has been shipped out, I can not change your order or any item in that order. Please make sure you are certain about your choices and information you give.
The name is not spelled correctly on my order?
I understand mistakes happen. Please double check all information given, including name, address, and payment information, before sending in your order. I will create your order based on that information. No refunds or changes will be allowed. If the mistake was made by us, we will gladly exchange the order out for you at no extra charge.
Why do I have to wait 2 weeks for my order? I need it this weekend?
Because each item is hand created and custom made, it will take approximately 2 weeks to create your order. Not including shipping time. I take pride in each item I create and want you to be happy with your order. Not all orders will take 2 weeks to create, but please be prepared to allow that length of time. If you simply can not wait 2 weeks, please contact me ASAP and I will create a custom order for you including a RUSH fee of $5.00 per item. Please allow 3-5 days for rush orders to be finished and shipped.
How do you ship the items?
All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. I send all items Priority mail along with a delivery confirmation. Items will arrive to their destination in approximately 3-5 business days. I ONLY ship items out on Thursdays and Fridays with the exception of rush orders.
It has been over a week since my item has been shipped. Where is is?
If you have not received your order at least business 7 days after your order has been SHIPPED, please contact me ASAP so we may find out the issue. Please double check the shipping address. I provide delivery confirmation with each order so that we may track each item.
I don't have a Pay Pal Account. How do I pay you?
I offer payment through paypal as well as direct checkout with ETSY.
I don't get paid until next week, but I need to order a gift now. Can I owe you the money?
All orders must be paid for in advance. No exceptions.
I want to order something but I don't need it right now. Can I just reserve it for later when I do need it?
I can not hold an item that has not been paid for.
I placed an order but it was canceled. What happened?
All orders must be paid for in 48 hours or your order will be canceled. You will receive a reminder to pay after 24 hours.
My item fell and broke. Can I get a new one?
You are more then welcome to purchase another item. There are no refunds or exchanges given.
I purchased an item several months ago and no longer goes with my decor. Can you change it to match my current decor?
