Welcome to ToniGirl Whimsical Art! I hope that you share the same love of fun and whimsical art as I do, because that is what I enjoy creating the most! The things that I like to create are full of color and humor and will hopefully put a smile on your face. Enjoy!

Payment

I currently accept PayPal and just started using Direct Checkout, so you can pay by credit card! Also, a 7.5% state tax will be applied to all purchases from Florida residence. Gotta keep on the up and up with the Revenue Department! :)

Shipping

All items are shipped First Class mail through the United States Postal Service. I have added international shipping, but as I have no experience shipping out of the U.S., I am not positive of shipping costs. If there's something you would like shipped out of the country, please contact me and tell me what it is so that I may get a more accurate shipping rate for you...in other words, please don't let the high prices listed scare you away! :) I can also ship priority or overnight for you at an additional cost, if you need me to. Let me know before purchasing so that I can adjust the shipping price to reflect the shipping you need. With First Class mail, typical delivery time is up to 10 days (this is what I was told by the Post Office). More times than not, it arrives much sooner than that, but I can in no way guarantee delivery day. The only way to do that is to use an express method of shipping, which as stated above, can be done upon special request and additional cost to buyer. I do not purchase insurance on the items shipped unless the buyer requests it at an additional cost to them. I do provide a tracking number to the customer at time of shipping so that the package can be tracked by myself as well as customer. Any international customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller. Please keep these things in mind when you purchase. And if you have questions about this, I'm very approachable, so never hesitate to message me before you purchase if you are uncertain about anything listed in my policies. :)

Refunds and Exchanges

I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases, so if you receive an item that is damaged or you are unhappy for some other reason, please do not hesitate to message me and let me know before you leave your feedback. I strive to provide the best representation of my work and I will work with you to make you happy. :)

Anything postal i.e. shipping related will be dealt with on a case by case basis. I don't want to give a blanket statement that I will or won't give refunds for damaged packages. If it is something that was damaged due to an error on my part in packaging, I will most certainly give you a refund, but if it is due to the handling of the postal service, that will have to be looked at individually. Also, in the case of claimed damage, I would need to see a photo of the damaged package and item so that I can accurately and fairly determine what the cause of damage was. I know this all sounds like nit-picking, but it is just for the safety of my shop and myself, since I am a small and independent business. But as stated before, I am not here to be a tyrant. If there are any problems such as these, please just contact me and we will come to an agreement that is fair for the both of us. :)

Additional Policies and FAQs

If there's something you have in mind that you don't see in my shop, just let me know what it is and I may be able to custom make something for you! I love to work with different individuals...you get the coolest ideas that way! I recently did a series of five large posters for a frozen yogurt shop in Texas and it was so much fun and they turned out fabulous...so if there's something that's special to you, let me know! I'm excited to help! ;)
