Welcome to Tooterbird's Treasures. I need to thank my mother and grandmother for having the patience to teach me some of the finer points of creating beautiful handmade items to make my surroundings special. My business philosophy is simple...I only create those items that I might have to live with in my home. And, I don't try to pander to the masses. Many of my creations are in very limited quantities. I hope you enjoy these products as much as I've enjoyed creating them for you.
Payment is expected within 3 days of placing the order. If you need more time, please contact me.
I accept all forms of payment through Paypal as well as money orders.
I ship all items through USPS with delivery confirmation and tracking. Unless your item is a special order, it will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you desire insurance, please let me know. I don't anticipate damages but should this occur, let me know and we will determine the outcome together. If an item can be replaced or a substitution can be made, I will do that upon receipt of the original product. If a refund is in order, once I have received the original product, a full refund will be sent minus the shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not delighted with your item please contact me. If an exchange or substitution can be made then that will happen once I have received the original product from you. If a refund is in order, a full refund (minus shipping charges) will be sent to you once I have received the original product.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am open to discussing special requests that you might have for special projects. In the event you have materials (i.e. vintage fabrics) that need to be used, we will need to discuss the particulars about the finished project. Contact me for more information on your request
