Payment
I accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Etsy Gift Cards, Item must be paid within 24 hours of purchase. Duties and taxes will be the customers responsibility to pay when shipped through customs.
Shipping
All packages with in the U.S. will be mailed either first class or priority mail. First class packages will not have insurance but can be purchased for your protection. Priority mail will include insurance up to $100.00. All items shipped overseas will be shipped first class mail. If you want to upgrade to priority mail International you must contact me first for a shipping quote. Shipping priority mail International is the safest way to ship out of the U.S.. Priority mail will be able to give details about your package if any issues aries. Shipping will only be refunded if there was a error on my part.
Additional policies and FAQs
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR TUTU-
Tutu's must be spot cleaned only and Hang dry only. Do not put tutu's in the dryer. When you receive your tutu, it may be a little wrinkled due to shipping. Best way to get wrinkles out is hang tutu in bathroom and let the steam from the shower do the trick, or steam from a iron, but don't let the iron come in contact with the tutu.
