Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
You can return purchased items within 7 days from the date you received them. Please contact us with your return request within 3 DAYS after you received your package. Returns must be in original, unwashed, unworn condition and packaged in the same manner as was received.
We will refund your full purchase price (excluding shipping). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
10% restocking fee will be applied.

We CAN NOT accept return and issue a refund if:
- you contact us with your return request in longer time than 3 DAYS after you received your package.
- you returned an item in used condition. No refund will be issued!

NO REFUND IS ISSUED:
- on RUSH fee
- used items
- custom orders
- shipping charges. Eligible USPS Express Mail packages will be refunded by the amount paid as a shipping upgrade
- lost packages, unless the package was insured or you purchased an insurance separately. In this situation, the refund amount is defined by a shipping company and/or insured amount. It will be issued only if the shipping company after the investigation agrees to refund.
Payment
TootsieShop accepts Etsy Direct Payment and Etsy Gift Cards.
Shipping
TootsieShop is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned, lost orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses, customer failure to take actions, pay custom fees or other causes that are beyond our control. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for delayed delivery or misrouted or lost packages. USPS Express Mail packages are eligible for shipping cost refunds for missed or late delivery.


Incorrect shipping address
We ship all orders to the "SHIP TO" address listed in Etsy.
If you make a mistake on your shipping address in Etsy, please contact us immediately so that we can correct your order. Please note that we can correct your order only if a package is not taken to the post office.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address listed in Etsy is correct. We cannot refund or replace packages that are sent to an address that a customer has entered. If the order is returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable address, unclaimed orders or customers failure to take actions we will refund your full purchase price (excluding shipping).


Lost packages
If you do not receive your package in the timeframe you expect, please check the tracking of your package using the delivery confirmation number. If the tracking of the package indicates that the package is lost, please contact USPS asap. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund an order if it was lost unless you purchased an insurance. In this situation, the refund amount is defined by the shipping company and insured amount. It will be issued only if the shipping company agrees to refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund an order if the tracking shows that the package was delivered.

We always take care of your order with a lot of love.
But if you have any issue with your order please contact us ASAP no later than 3 days after you received your package. If we will not hear back from you within this timeframe we consider that your order was delivered with no issues and we will not accept any claims received later. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are always glad to work with every customer to make him/her 100% happy. Unfortunately, we had to make our policy more strict due to a few attempts of customers to commit a fraud. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope your understanding <3

Shipment within USA
All items are sent by USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail depending on package weight.
Once order is shipped with USPS First-Class Mail, it will take about 3-6 days to arrive anywhere in the USA.
Once order is shipped with USPS Priority Mail, it will take about 1-3 business days to arrive anywhere in the USA.
If you would like faster delivery, please upgrade the shipping service during checkout.
Please note that USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail services DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery time. Only USPS Priority Mail Express service guarantee scheduled delivery to most locations, including PO Boxes, or your money back.
Rush orders
All orders are processed in the order they were received. If you would like to move your order to the front of the line PLEASE purchase one of our RUSH ORDER listing options.

Shipment outside USA
All items are sent by USPS First-Class Mail International without tracking information or insurance and generally take between 10-30 days to arrive anywhere else in the world.
If you would like faster deliver or insurance, please let us know before finalizing your order.

We are not responsible for customs fees charged by other countries or delays in customs or lost packages due to customers failure take actions or any other reason that is out of our control. Please contact the customs office or post office in your country to find out what charges may apply or what actions you should take once your order is held in customs.
