Product itself was fantastic, great quality, exactly what I was looking for. The shops communication regarding the order was a bit lacking. I messaged about the status of my order and didnt receive a response for 5 days. Never received any tracking information from Etsy, either that it was shipped or delivered, until after I had already received it.

Did not have a good experience. I ordered a runner almost two weeks ago, and finally heard from the seller last week that they had a Covid outbreak which caused a delay in processing. They indicated that if I was okay in receiving the runner a week from that day they could fulfill my order or I could request a refund. I asked that they fulfill the order as I still had time before needing it. Almost a week passed and I didn't hear anything, but just this evening received an email indicating that a refund was being issued. Poor service, and poor communication - won't use again.

I love my table runner! It came out amazing! Since the color I use is sort of unique, I was initially worried it would turn out differently than what I wanted, but it came out exactly as the file I sent them. I would definitely recommend and buy again!
