My logo wasn’t compatible at first they messaged and let me know I fixed and and sent in a new one that would work in a few days they had it ready and shipped out super fast! It’s good quality material that’s thick and sturdy it’s a nice way to add a little something to my table without it looking clunky or cheap and it gets my logo out there! Love it
