This does happen from time to time. I can not control the customs agencies for your or my own country. If things get jammed in customs they usually call us in a few days for some verification, and will clear your package as soon as they can. We use USPS for most international packaging and will use Purolator for Canada. These agencies have been the most effective for getting your packages to you as soon as possible.

Yes, it is still possible. But you need to contact the carrier. We can do nothing once the item has left our facility. If your carrier is USPS they have a verification process, and they will work with you on recovering your package. If the name and address is wrong, then they will not be able to help you and neither will we.

Everything we offer is made to order, we carry no inventory. We go through a crazy three hour printing process per item, meaning our printer runs non-stop all day doing orders. Removing an item, interrupts our que times and effects every order after yours. We do not want to delay any order.

At this time, Etsy also purchases your shipping label, and they charge our account. This transaction is non-refundable to us meaning we would be losing money canceling after this point.

We pay for VAT tax when shipping to your country. So you have nothing to worry about when receiving your poster.

New Zealand your VAT is not covered by us. There are some weird restrictions that I am not allowed to pay for that. I have lowered your shipping costs to make up for that.

There is another country that isn't covered, and I can't remember. But your VAT is also not covered. So be on the lookout for that ahah.

With holiday orders, we are unable to provide image updates with your orders. We will contact you if your image needs to be replaced, but we can not meet our shipping deadlines if we wait for approval. We apologize for the inconvenience.
