Delivery Dates
Please note that I cannot guarantee the date you will receive your order, I can only guarantee the date I will ship out your order. Delivery date will depend on the shipping method you choose. These estimates are for delivery in the US only.
First class mail is estimated to arrive 2-5 business days after shipment depending on your location.
Priority mail is estimated to arrive in 1-3 business days.
Priority Mail Express (only service that is guaranteed) is estimated to arrive in 1 business day.
There can always be delays with the post office, please remember that once I drop the packages off with USPS I have no control over their movement. If you have any problems with your shipment I will do my best to help.
Shipping Addresses
Please double check your shipping address prior to ordering. We ship to the address as entered with your order; we are not responsible if it is shipped to an incorrect or old address. If any additional shipping costs are needed because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, it will be the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be given on orders returned to us due to an incorrect address.
If your shipping address is entered incorrectly after checkout, please contact us as soon as possible via Etsy conversations to let me know the correct address for shipping.
Custom and personalized orders
When purchasing a customized listing, please make sure to include the personalized information in the notes section of your order or in an Etsy convo.
If I have a question about your personalization or you have forgotten to leave your color choices/personalization, I will reach out to you via Etsy convo. If you do not respond within the standard processing time, I will delay your ship by date to allow more time for you to respond. If I receive no response after the extended time, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
