Welcome everyone to the shop of all trades!
If you don't see something listed, or interested in a production of a custom item, please contract me. More than likely someone in my crafty family should be able to help you.
From fabric craft to woodworking and even small and large metal items.

In most cases, I can reproduce an item to the smallest detail at a fraction of a cost, unless it is mass produced - I just cannot compete with that (but I will still try).
For any custom order items, I am able to provide with a quote within the 24-48 hours.


Each purchased item should be paid in full within 2 business days: custom order items will not start production until the payment is received.

TopStitchDesign also accepts payments in the form of money orders, but production will not start until the check/money order is cleared (which may take up to 7 days).

If you mistakenly made a purchase you didn't intend to make, please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to refund you the money.


Items will be shipped in the most economic way: I do not charge handling fees, but only the full shipping price. For most international orders, it will be shipped out First Class International or with another service if previously discussed with the individual.

Time of completion does not reflect the shipping time. Please allow additional time for each package to be delivered.

If an item requires a specific delivery date, it will be shipped via FedEx (they deliver on Saturdays), but additional charge will apply. This charge will vary depending on the shipping service selected.

I ship to exact address provided by the individual. I double check it with Paypal(if used) to confirm its accuracy. I am not responsible for addresses that are filled in inaccurate, or are incomplete. In an event that I receive the package back, I make a judgement at my discretion if the individual will be charged extra to get it shipped again.

I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit. I do offer insurance at additional cost.

ATTENTION NON-US RESIDENTS: Please note that I am not responsible for any duties/taxes/VAT/import/handling fees charged by other countries at customs, which often can be pricey. These charges are imposed by the destination country/postal system and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that you may have to pay additional monies to your government/postal system at time of delivery for the import of goods. I do not mark any international packages as "gift" as it is illegal to do so.

Refunds and Exchanges

At this time I can not offer any refunds, but I will gladly replace with another in stock item of equal or lesser value (difference will be refunded). Shipping costs will need to be paid by the individual.

Please note, for any custom order items (custom made garments, accessories) refund is not available. If the item does not fit properly, I will alter it to fit at no additional cost. Although I will not charge for additional alterations, I cannot pay for shipping - shipping to and back is required to be paid by the individual.

I try to package all of my items carefully for safe time in transit, but if any damages to the actual item occurs, please send me pictures with descriptions, and I will do my best to either replace of fix the item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders - Currently there is approximately 7-10 business days processing time. This estimation does not including shipping time as that can vary.
At any time there may be a delay in shipment of up to a month depending on fabric availability and processing time. The processing time will be updated for that specific order and customer will be notified of the change.
