I am not able to download my digital product
When you click your download, you will have a PDF file. At the bottom of the file, the arrows point to the link that you can click. Once you click that link, you will be taken to Canva. Then click the link to use the Template.
Can I change the images and add my own custom logo in the digital product?
You will be able to edit the digital products in Canva which is a free software. If you want to use pro designs you will need to upgrade to Canva Pro. When the product is delivered you will receive a PDF file with a link to your purchase which will give you access to the template in Canva. There you should save the original, make a copy if you'd like and then make changes so you can have your original purchase.
