Due to the personalized, custom and handcrafted nature of all wedding and event stationery sold in my shop, refunds, replacements, exchanges and/or cancellations are not possible for any reason. All sales are final.

* It is your responsibility to proofread your proofs. Please do so carefully prior to submitting final approval. Refunds/Replacements will not be issued for errors you have approved.

* Returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued based on color. Please note, that because all computer monitors are calibrated differently, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the printed product.

* All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Refunds/Replacements will not be issued for lost or undeliverable orders resulting from an incorrect or outdated address that you may have entered at checkout.

I accept payments through PAYPAL as well as Credit Cards.

All orders must be paid for before I start them.

Please confirm that the shipping address is correct before purchasing. Items mailed to incorrect addresses will result in additional postage to mail to the correct address. I am not responsible for items that are shipped to incorrect addresses.

All products are securely packaged in cellophane bags and shipped in bubble mailers and mailed First Class Mail. Larger orders are shipped Priority Mail.

I DO NOT SHIP UPS or FedEx - no exceptions.

International orders are shipped via First Class International mail.

**Please NOTE: colors may look different from the finished product due to differences in your computer color settings** When in doubt if it will match, order a sample or send me a picture of what you would like to match.

Most items can be made on any of the 27 cardstock colors I offer. Please convo me to request a particular cardstock or ink color or include it in your notes when purchasing an item. All of my items are made using top quality, acid free, lignin free products.

* It is your responsibility to proofread your proofs. Prior to submitting final approval, be sure to check your proofs carefully for any errors in spelling, grammar and punctuation.

* Upon final approval, your stationery will be printed immediately and no further changes will be possible.

* PLEASE, review your proofs carefully before submitting final approval. You will have to pay in full for re-dos resulting from errors or discrepancies that you have approved.

When purchasing place/escort cards you will be providing me with a final list of guest names, broken down by table number assignment. Please be sure to check your guest list for errors before submitting it.

I do NOT type guest names out myself! The guest names you provide will be printed directly off of the list you provide, completely eliminating the possibility of errors on my end. This means, that any errors in spelling, punctuation and/or spacing that you have made on your guest list will be printed exactly that way.
