How do I choose a size?
Prior to selecting a size, it is best to measure unless you are sure.
• Use a measuring tape or string - placement below your wrist
bone, (wider part of your wrist), opened palm - wrap around &
mark exact measurement.
• If no measuring tape, then string will do. Measure the string
against a ruler.
• Products are MADE TO ORDER therefore measuring ensures you
get the fit you love.

How do I request a custom order?
• If you’re looking for something specific that you don’t see in my
inventory, please drop me a line, and I’ll collaborate with you to
make the gemstone jewellery piece of your dreams!
• For starters click on the grey " Request Custom Order " button
or the " Contact Shop Owner " button to the left of shop page.
Type in your request and hit send. You will recieve a timely
response about your request.
How will my order be packaged?
• All Items are “gift-ready” packaged, your order can be delivered
directly to the recipient !
• Includes a jewellery bag, It will be shipped in a bubble envelope
for safe delivery.
• You may include a personalized message with your order upon
checkout.
• You may upgrade your packaging by adding the " Gift Box
Upgrade " listing to your cart prior to check out.
How do I care for my beaded jewellery?
• Damp a soft cloth with water to gently wipe your jewellery.
• Some stones do not like water, avoid soaking.
• Stretch bracelets go on best by rolling them over your wrist.
• Store in a soft dry place on its own.
• Your jewellery will be durable for everyday wear for time to
come when cared for.
Why do my stones differ?
• You are unique & stones are unique too as they are made
naturally and may have different tones textures and markings.
• Therefore each stone in your jewellery may not always look
exactly the same to each other.
• Enjoy the natural qualities in your gemstone jewellery.
What are the benefits of Steel Jewellery?
• Stainless steel is a Hypo-allergenic metal and is a great
alternative for those whose skin is sensitive to other metallic
jewellery such as Gold or Silver.

• Gold & Rose Gold jewellery are High Quality Plated or Filled
