Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been started, packed, or shipped.
After that time, cancellations may not be available because handmade items may already be in process.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a mistake on our part.
