If anything arrives damaged or irreparable, I happily replace.

My general policy is to really try hard to have you be happy with your purchase, so please don't hesitate to convo me if you have any issues/questions/concerns/a pressing need to say hi (hi!).

Though I value all feedback, I appreciate hearing directly if there's a wrong I can right. I don't always look through feedback and would be sad to miss an unhappy customer if there's a possibility I can make the experience better!
If there's no payment, I'll always make contact via convo after a few days, and if I don't get a holla back then I do the whole cancellation thing.
I ship USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. I happily accommodate other requests if I can, so feel free!

I ship out as often as I can, usually 3-4 days a week. Please allow about a week for us to put your package together. As soon as packages are shipped they usually arrive within 4 days.

If you live outside the US, there are all kinds of agricultural quarantine restrictions and customs issues, so I'm not able to ship live plants there (not even dirt) :( I will, however, be happy to ship a set-up kit with instructions and care- all you need is a local itty-bitty plant! I swear it's easy :) Convo me if you're interested, and we'll set something up.

Generally, items ship in about a week after the order is placed. If weather is very very cold, I'll hold shipments for a few days to help avoid freezing temps. Packages arrive on average 3 days after shipment (usually about 3-4 for east coast, 1-2 for west and mid-west, especially city centers). Definitely check your mail though, once these guys ship- they definitely get hurt by cold.

Of course do not hesitate to let me know if you have package deadlines and need your package sooner! I will always accommodate if at all possible!
Additional policies and FAQs
I do my best to make sure you have happy little plants, and the best products I can make for you! I am dealing with mail jostling and living things (I'm still working on teleportation, mostly for personal use, but you know, I'd share), so sometimes sad accidents happen. I cry a little bit, but never fear, most items are replaceable, please let me know!
Tillandsias (Air plants) require some sun (a good window does great!) and in dry areas, like where I am in CA, a run under the faucet now and then. I aim for about once a week, but they're pretty forgiving.

Some people do fine with a spray bottle, but I'm lazy (well, to be fair, I have over 200 of the little duders) so I have had better success with a good soak now and then. They don't like to sit in water, and they do need some natural light, other than that, they're super black thumb friendly.

Also, you can glue them to anything you like. Even your significant other. You have our permission.

The terrariums do well because succulents like small root spaces and are also very black thumb friendly. They take a while to grow out of their little bit of a home, but when they do, you can pull them out with tweezers and replant them.

Even if they break apart, set them on some dirt and they are usually just fine. It's ridiculous and it makes me love them so. Seriously, they are that cool. In any case, I try to send out little guys who are rooted well to be happy for you, but are still tiny enough to give you lots of time to enjoy them in their tiny home.

Keep in mind, that the roots on the tiny tiny plants are tiny tiny (tiny)! So, if they come a bit loose when the mail person is shaking them around, it's all a-okay, just tap 'em down with a q-tip and let 'em sit nice and quiet like for a while. I'll love you for it.

If you have one grow out of its home, let me know and I can help you trim it back to bonsai size. Easy peazy!

Let me know if you have questions!!
