When i opened my order, it smelled wonderfully of wood. The loom feels well-made, and is packaged with very good instructions and helpful accoutrements. Ron's customer service is superb - my order was originally lost in the mail or stolen by a porch pirate, and he sent a replacement, this time with a signature required, very quickly after I informed him of my issue. My replacement package even included a handwritten, personalized note.

I loved a woven blanket that was on the bed in a rented cabin ages ago, and could never quite weave a square on my looms that had the same drape or texture. My grandmother recently asked if I'd ever tried a pin loom, showed me a family photo with a lovely blanket draped on a sofa, and I knew the puzzle was solved. Finding this handmade, modular, wooden loom was exciting, and I've picked it up to make at least one swatch every night since it arrived a couple of weeks ago. The information packet itself is amazing, with so many links to patterns and techniques, and list of replaceable will be invaluable when my cat or toddler decides to 'investigate' my project with more than their eyes. My husband already asked if I wanted an shape expansion set for our anniversary haha

This is a great loom and I love the being able to do so many different projects simply by reconfiguring the loom. So much better than having to have multiple looms on different sizes and shapes! (Photo is of a the flying pig project featured in Handwoven magazine and which I wove on the TotaLoom).
