Issues with my downloaded item, why can't I return it?
We will gladly send you another file. Sometimes files will become corrupt if for example Etsy updates or transfers it's servers. This is extremely rare, however, if you receive a file that does not download or function properly, we will immediately send you a new file.
Unfortunately we can't refund your payment due to the nature of the item.
Where is my download?
Please give Etsy a couple minutes to process your order. Once you order, you should see a "View Downloads" button where it will take you to your purchase. If you can't find that, on the top right of your screen click on "Your Account", then "Purchases", then "Download Files" on your order.
**Etsy does not allow downloads on a mobile device. Please contact us to have your files sent via email**
I'm on mobile - How do I get my download?
If you don't have access to a computer, please send us a message with your email and order number and we will email your files over!
Signed In With Apple
Due to their privacy settings, signing in with Apple creates a generated email on your account. This means you may have issues viewing your downloads or receiving our invitations from Corjl. Let us know and we can have it resent to your correct email.
