My goal is to have happy customers. As stated in my policies, I will gladly give you a full refund upon return of the cross. I try to make sure my descriptions of an item are clear by listing the size of the cross in several places in the description. As for the shipping, it was delivered within three days of the time frame posted. I'm so sorry if you had some confusion with my descriptions and shipping times, and again will accept your return and give you a refund.
