Hi! Welcome to Totally Hankies. I have been a hankie collector for many years now. Time to part with my collection and share it with the world. I try to list new hankies in my store as often as possible. Please stop by and see what's new.
I will combine shipping and give discounts to multiple orders. Just convo me before you purchase and ask.
I accept paypal, direct checkout (credit card) or money orders.
I ship my orders 2 times per week. Usually Wednesdays and Saturdays.
I ship USPS first class mail. I do not ship priority unless you specifically ask for it and I will have to charge extra for the service. So convo me before you order if you want priority mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept returns for a full refund if I fail to disclose a flaw or damage. If you simply don't like the hankie for some reason , you may also return it for a refund of the purchase price only, I will not refund the shipping cost.
I do not offer refunds due to items lost or damaged by the USPS.
If you are worried your hankie won't arrive in good condition, please ask me before purchasing and I will add the cost of insurance to your shipping cost.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I look over each hankie thoroughly before i package it up and ship it out. I am not perfect though, so if I make a mistake and don't see a tiny hole or a faint spot, forgive me. I am not trying to sell you damaged goods. I reserve the right to make mistakes sometimes. I try my hardest to hold each hankie up to the light... I wash them, iron them... unless the hankie still has it's original tag on it. Remember these are VINTAGE USED and even if they're VINTAGE NEW they usually have been stored away for a very long time and can get some yellowing . If you need tips on washing hankies, there are many internet sites that I can recommend.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Due to the amount of custom requests I've been receiving as of late and how many do not follow through with the purchase after I have spent valuable time to create these listings - I am now forced to request a 25% non-refundable deposit on all special orders or custom listings.
