How long will it take for me to receive my order once it is placed?
Once order are placed there is a 1 - 2 week processing time frame. Unless some items are listed as faster or longer processing time.
Please be patient while I am working on your order. All orders are processed in the order it was received.
My current turn around time is 1 - 2 weeks after order has been placed. I ship all orders Priority Mail 2 - 3 day shipping. Not responsible for shipping delays due to USPS
Does the frame come with hanging hardware attached?
All frames do come with hanging hardware attached so your frame is ready to hang.
Except for my free standing frame require no hardware.
Do I have to send you my picture when I order, or can I just insert it when I receive my frame?
It is completely up to you. I would be more than happy to print and insert your picture for you. You will need to purchase the photo print with your order.
It is super easy to change out your picture at any time.
The large 16 x 16 photo insertion is on the back of the frame. Easy to insert your photo.
My acrylic frames can be changed out also as needed.
The block frames has a glass that is held in place with plastic clips can also be changed out.
If you would like me to include your picture, please send it to me as an attachment via Etsy conversations.
How do I submit my custom information (i.e. name(s), date(s), text, etc?
1. Names, date, birth information can be added to note to seller when placing your order.
