Shop owner went out of their way to ship this quickly for me. It arrived fast and is a beautifully made heirloom quality toy. Simple, basic and well made. I absolutely love it and so does my little one! It will provide years of open ended play for sure! Thank you so much!!

Mr Dietz custom build 2 vessels to my requirements to be used with a wooden trainset. I am now the envy of all the other dads with two wooden freighters and a dock. I am very very pleased with the results.

Welcome and thanks for visiting my shop.
My love for working with wood started in my senior year in High School, when I designed and built a coffee table for my parents.
I started making wooden toy trucks and cars for my son in 1979. I made enough wooden toys to have a display in our local library's entrance. I remember being contacted by a woman who was visiting from the West Coast. She wanted to buy wooden toys for her son and asked a manager at a local toy store if he had any for sale. He said no, but saw my display and gave her directions for the library. She found my phone number in the display and contacted me. We met and she purchased 2 of the pieces that were on display.
Today, my grandchildren play with the very same toys that I made for my son so many years ago.
Now that I am retired, I want to continue making and selling these toys that brought so much joy to my family. I hope you enjoy them too.
