Thank you for showing an interest in our wee shop. Here at TraBan we strive to deliver high quality one of a kind items. Our goal is to offer a great service with reasonable prices and an unrivalled range of products.
Our products come well wrapped and depending on the item in a box or bubble wrap envelope. If it it for a gift we can gift wrap as well if you leave a note on payment.

Payment
Some of the small items offer free postage with a combined order. These orders must be paid for together to get this offer.
Shipping
All items are shipped first class by 'An post' the Irish postal system and usually arrive to internation destinations within 2 weeks. A week and a half is most common.
We also offer custom offers on our pendant range if you are ordering this please allow 4-10 working days until postage. It will more likely be less than 10 but the process takes 3-4 days at least and i may have other orders to work on too.
If you would like Express post or insurance please notify us before payment so we can adjust the pricing.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will issue a refund if the product arrives damaged and it is our fault (please convo us), We package the items as securely as possible. But if you want to be absolutely sure of we urge you to ask us for upgraded postage.
