Keep in mind that we need 1-3 business days to create your personalized item (only some items can be shipped same/next day, message me to make sure). Also, I can only guarantee when I will ship your order out. Sorry, I have no control over SHIPPING TIMES. Message me via Etsy if you have any questions regarding processing and shipping times.
If you don't receive your item in 1-2 weeks within shipping (domestic) or 3-6 weeks (international), please notify me. Orders not received older than 60 days old cannot be replaced or refunded. All orders receive tracking when the label is created. If you can't find it, it is located under "you" then "purchases and reviews" section.

HOW TO ORDER PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Please enter all personalization include names, names, words, and birthstone choices in the NOTES box at checkout, exactly how you like it typed (upper/lower case, all lower case or all upper case) and the order of names/birthstones. Failure to do so will slow down processing time.
Also, please remember all information necessary and double check for correct spelling and dates. Double check your correct shipping address. Any missing information slows down the processing time.
**I am not responsible for any customs or taxes fees incurred during delivery. If you want an item delivered to Italy, you are doing so at your own risk. Only 50% of the packages I mail to Italy get to their destination. I am not responsible for packages that are not delivered, stolen or lost. How do I personalize my item? Where do I enter the information?
Enter your personalization in the notes box at check out. You will see it after you add your item to your cart. It is directly under the item in your your cart. Please remember name, birthstones and dates if necessary.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will be processed in 10 business days (this is how long it will take to make your order). Please message me if you need your order by a certain date to make sure I can get to you.
1st class shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days (or longer) for US orders. Priority Shipping is supposed to be 2-3 business days but USPS does not guarantee anything and it can take longer. Express shipping is 1-3 days and guaranteed. I offer Fed Ex 2 day for $24 or Fed Ex 1 day for $50 (Please note: Fed Ex doesn't deliver on Saturday without additional charges). Orders will not be refunded or cancelled due to shipping delays caused by USPS or buyer not reading this shipping info. Shipping fees are not refunded once an order is shipped.

How do I know my order went through?
Etsy will send you an automated message confirming your order upon completion of payment, and another one with tracking information once shipped. Read them to confirm the details of your order. I will only contact you if there are issues with personalization or shipping requests.
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING BRASS, COPPER AND BRONZE JEWELRY
Copper and brass are beautiful and colorful but there are things you need to know about these metals. They will darken over time and have to be polished. You can use copper and brass polish or a Pro Polish Pad which will polish all metals. I include a sample Pro Polish Pad with your purchase. You can buy more of them in the Add Ons section of my store. Twinkle copper and brass polish also works well on these metals.
Does sterling silver tarnish and how to store it properly?
Due to many factors, sterling silver will tarnish over time. This is a natural occurring process. To clean, use a professional silver cleaning cloth or a Pro Polish Pad. Gently rub lengthwise. Do not immerse in a silver dip cleaner. It will take the black etching off your discs.
To keep pieces from oxidizing in your jewelry box , seal them in an air tight zip lock bag. You can put a silica gel packet inside the bag with your jewelry (the kind that comes in a shoe box or purse) or anti tarnish paper to keep the moisture out.
Is there a restocking fee to return items?
Yes, there is a 20% restocking fee when returning items. Also, if items are returned or exchanged, customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item and receive the exchange. Free shipping only applies to your initial purchase.
Are shipping fees refundable on returns?
No, if you return your non-personalized item, shipping fees are non refundable. Also, customer is responsible for shipping fees when returning an item to me. If you received free shipping, your shipping charge will be taken out of your return.

How do I know what size expandable bangle I need?
The stainless steel bangles come in 3 sizes, silver plated and sterling silver come in (2 sizes) and the copper, gold, brass, and rose gold come in 1 standard size. The child size bangles are 7" at the smallest point and 8" when fully expanded. If you fold your thumb into your palm and the measurement where the base of your thumb is, is 8" then you can fit that size. Medium or standard size bangles are 8" at the smallest point, and 9" when fully expanded. The large size bangles are 9-1/2" at the smallest point and 11" when fully expanded.
