**Order lead times- please check the expected fulfilment time which is prominently displayed in the product listing. All items are handmade by us to order so there is an inevitable lead time. The plus side is you are buying genuine British handmade joinery products at great prices, not imported, not mass produced and made from locally sourced materials- we also DO NOT USE PLASTIC!**

We've seen our sales on Etsy steadily decline by about 65% over the last two years as more and more cheap imports and copy cat sellers offering inferior panelling and interior design products flood the Etsy market place, often with factory made items which should not be allowed. You will see endless panelling products on sale with AI generated images of mass produced products which are made and shipped from Turkey. These sales are under the customs tax limit meaning the sellers avoid paying VAT or import charges and have cheaper materials and labour costs- so undercut or price match genuine UK businesses without the overheads. Often their products are made from plastic or extruded foam. Not the kind of thing anyone should stick on their walls. These are not craftspeople handmaking something in their workshop, garage or back room, but large companies with dozens of copycat listings with different seller names to make it look like they are a craft business. Their products may look OK when installed but they are not genuine handmade and by buying these products you help drive UK based companies out of business whilst at the same time promoting cheap quality importing that lines the pockets of large foreign companies who's employees certainly do not benefit!

We implore our potential UK customers, do your homework, buy local and protect your local economy. We, as genuine craftspeople, will not compromise on our handmade ethos and we will not cut prices to compete either as this is commercial suicide. We believe Etsy should be for handmade craft products not cheap foreign factory made imports and bulk material sellers who are drop shipping, there are other marketplaces for that. **IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR US CUSTOMERS**

**Do you want to chase up on your dispatched delivery?**
Due to the mismanagement of immigration and the ludicrous policies brought on Brexit and the Conservative government there is an acute driver and warehouse worker shortage in the courier industry. Accordingly, deliveries take a little longer than they should despite us paying for a premium service for our clients. We are working with our carrier partners to get a good service and ask you for your understanding and support if your order is affected and it is delayed with the couriers. Please follow your tracking links for regular updates.

**Do you want an update on your order delivery date?**
If you have already ordered in the last week or so and want an update on your order please be aware... All our products are mostly made to measure. We do not keep products in stock as everything is handmade from raw materials to order in our workshop in the UK. Please be patient for orders... normal lead times for all orders are 10 working days to schedule in production and then 1-5 working days to ship. Shipping is subject to courier availability and their own timescales and we cannot guarantee delivery dates, all couriers are warning on delays due to Covid and also a lack of drivers in their industry is impacting services. We generally use DX for our shipments within the UK, DX do not have an integration with Etsy so although we do supply a tracking number Etsy will say the shipment isn't tracked- even though it is. You just need to check the order details for the tracking number which will always begin within a number 7. Cut and paste this number into the DX tracking website and you will be able to track the parcel. DX should also email you with tracking details, check your spam folder if not received.

**Do you live in Northern Ireland, offshore Islands or Scottish Highlands?**
If yes, please contact us before ordering as there are some limitations on our free shipping offer and we will need to factor in some additional shipping fees.

**Conduct Policy**
We have a zero tolerance approach to rudeness or abuse. When dealing with us on the phone or via messages/email please remember we are humans too and if something goes wrong it is not deliberate. If you order is late or damaged or incorrect there will be a reason and we will share this with you and be honest and responsive at all times. Your frustration having paid for an order and experiencing a delay or issue does not give you cart blanche to be rude, condescending or abusive to us. If you do any of these things we will have no issue in cancelling your order immediately and issuing a full refund, even if it is bespoke and has been made and we lose out. We will severe the contractual ties with you and we will stop any shipment, we will also block you from buying or contacting us on Etsy. Likewise, if you are in anyway rude when making a pre-purchase enquiry with us or chasing a quotation then we will not do business with you. We have the right to refuse business, even on Etsy.

We sell both Open-Back and Back-Boarded panelling important that you are informed as to what this means and you will see it in the item descriptions. Please read our FAQ and the item descriptions carefully so you fully understand the difference. Do not order Open-Back panelling if your walls are NOT flat and smooth, the wall needs to be prepped first.
