Family owned and operated for nearly 11 years, Trailbridge Mushroom Co. is dedicated to cultivating delicious, high quality, gourmet mushrooms and supplying the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Not only do we provide gourmet mushrooms to local stores, restaurants and farmers markets, but we also sell ready - to - fruit blocks to other small growers and businesses in the area. What started out as mom and pop passion, producing just a couple hundred pounds a week, has turned into an Organic Certified wholesale mushroom production with the capacity of producing thousands of pounds weekly. We started with shiitakes, then moved into oysters and now supplying pholiota, reishi and lions mane.
By refining our systems regularly and having nearly a decade of experience, trail and error, and honest hard work, we are able to offer our mushroom bricks at a fair and competitive price to the consumer. A price that the average consumer can actually afford. We are astonished at how much other farms are selling bricks and grow kits for, and on top of that they want 15+ dollars for shipping... no thank you. We want our customers to enjoy the freshest mushrooms without spending an arm and a leg , and as farmers we know that the freshest mushroom is the one you grow and harvest yourself.
